Northwestern Medical Center's mission is to provide exceptional healthcare for our community and we are currently recruiting for a Per-Diem Ultrasonographer opportunity.
EXPECTED HOURS/SHIFT: Per-diem, variable hours as needed between 7:30a-5:30p, weekends as needed, occasional on-call
- Operates sonography equipment to produce images under the supervision of the Radiologist following established protocols and procedures.
- Education: Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited program. Bachelors degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography is preferred.
Certification: Active Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification by American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or board eligible. Specialty registration in at least one of the following specialties: Abdomen (AB), Obstetrics (OB), Breast (BR). Annual BLS certification is required.
