Job Description
Northwestern Medicine Health Network is seeking an experienced and compassionate Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join our team in Waterman, IL, located in the far west suburbs of Chicago.
As a NM Primary Care Physician in Waterman, you will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an environment where you can truly make a difference. You will manage a wide variety of conditions across all ages, while emphasizing preventative care and patient education. This unique opportunity allows you to serve as the primary physician for the community, offering comprehensive care in a rural setting. - Serve as the sole lead Physician

- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm with a flexible schedule
- Call responsibilities: Q8 shared and rotated

Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine
- Valid and unrestricted IL license
