Job Description
The Physician Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the administrative support of the NM Regional Medical Group Physician Services Department. These responsibilities include administrative support for the Manager of Physician Services and Physician Recruiters / Liaison in a highly professional environment.
The Physician Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for assisting the recruitment team with full cycle recruitment activities. This will include management of requisition requests, sourcing candidates, posting (on all available job boards), smart recruiter updates, and all other mechanisms utilized to generate candidate activity. Working closely with the recruitment team, the coordinator will assist in candidate follow up and administrative support of site vits / travel etc.
Support the mission and values of NM and Regional Medical Group.
Responsibilities :
- Support and review the intake process for newly approved requisitions / physician opportunities.
- Management of candidate sourcing to include smart recruiter management.
- Support recruitment efforts utilizing posting / updates on Practicelink, Practicematch, professional journals, networking with residency and fellowship programs and as resources as directed by recruiter.
- Assist in itinerary planning including travel arrangements and room reservations.
- Support all RMG Events as needed.
- Ability to multi-task, be a team player.
