Job Description
The Respiratory Care Assistant reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Respiratory Care Assistant will perform tasks in the Respiratory care Department to assist with efficient and judicious use of respiratory care practitioner time. Tasks enhance health and safety of patients and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in assembling patient education materials
- Sterilizes tables and laptops in respiratory care department.
- Sterilizes respiratory equipment.
- Assembles CPAP and BiPAP equipment.
Qualifications
Required
- Successful completion of Project Search Internship.
Preferred
- Time management and able to follow directions.
