What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Corrections Worker position at Northwestern Minnesota Juvenile Center?
As a Part-time Juvenile Corrections Worker, you will supervise the activities of at-risk youth in a residential facility for juveniles pending disposition of their court cases at the Juvenile Detention Center. The Juvenile Detention Center is a state-licensed facility for juveniles ages 10 to 18 , who are pending juvenile court process. If you have a passion for working with at-risk youth and have great adaptability skills, then this position may be for you.
Part-Time starting pay is $20 per hour. After a probationary period the rate increases to $20.50 per hour and annual merit increases up to $23 per hour.

Must pass a criminal background check, have high school diploma (or equivalent), complete Mantoux test upon hire, and maintain valid Minnesota Driver’s License. EOE.
