Summary
As an Operations Associate at Northwestern Mutual Bouchard Financial Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our operational processes and enhancing client experiences. You will provide Sales & Execution Team support for all new financial advisors and interns in Naples and perform all front-office, conference room, and kitchen administrative duties daily in Naples. This position is based in Naples, FL.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Managing Director with the day-to-day operations of the Naples office including mail opening procedures
- Assist new advisors and interns with insurance case preparation and management
- Assist new advisors and interns with insurance underwriting cycle from initiation to approval and delivery
- Manage kitchen, computer, and key-fob inventory for BFG Naples
- Handle office supplies inventory and ordering
- Plan and coordinate office outings (dinners, happy hours, inner office & outer office events, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, orderly, well-stocked, presentable, and organized office environment
- Keep front office, kitchen, conference room, and mail/copier area tidy always
- Seek answers independently before asking questions
- Manage front office and conference room
- Handle all mail procedures for Naples
- Update the submitted log and send to the Managing Director every Friday
- Assist with CRC procedures to distribute names of clients to reps if needed
- Assist with reporting for development and begin to learn this side of the business
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations role preferred
Salary
- Base Pay: $55k - $60,000 per year
- Bonus opportunity as well
