Summary

In this role, reporting to the senior director field communications, you will manage and develop communication programs, initiatives, and campaigns in support of strategic communications objectives to advance our field events and culture. These activities build conviction, reinforce partnership, and raise awareness about key priorities and accomplishments across various internal audiences.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Consults with department leaders on communication strategy. Manages and implements the ongoing strategic communication and activation plan that connects field and employee audiences with key enterprise objectives and priorities.

Creates compelling content in a variety of formats, using audience needs and insights, applying deep creativity and storytelling, and ensuring consistency in messaging.

Acts as a resource and may mentor / train communication specialists and strategists.

Administers the measures to evaluate the effectiveness of communication and assess the return on communication investment.

Recommends, develops, implements and maintains communication standards. Assures that quality standards are present in communications.

Comfortable working independently and proactively offering communication solutions to leaders and the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

6 or more years of experience in professional communication, public relations, organizational communication, marketing or related communication field.

Prior experience in large-scale event communications or event planning is desirable.

Demonstrated skill in project management.

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to absorb complex information and convert it to an understandable format.

Ability to adapt style and build consensus with client group leaders.

Ability to solve complex problems and analyze information from multiple resources to make business decisions.

Pay Range - End : 120,380.00
