ISET works closely with Financial Representatives on their team to provide ongoing support operations, planning, service, and marketing. Key Responsibilities
- Provide all aspects of support around insurance and investment processes
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with all Financial Representatives supported
- Participate in development team meetings
- Compile meeting kits which includes all materials needed for the client meetings
- Manage the underwriting process for clients
- Collaborate with others to open / fund investment accounts
- Process client service requests
- Support the activity coaching (quantity & quality) initiative for all advisors
- Provide support for the Operations Team for general office tasks as needed
