With direction from the Managing Partner and Director of Internship Development, this role is responsible for network office campus recruitment and selection efforts. This role will work collaboratively to achieve the desired recruiting activity plan results for the internship and conversion goals outlined in the Network Office Plan. Collaboration and direction will primarily be aligned with the Director of Internship Development.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Sourcing:
· Develop centers of influence on campuses with student organizations and professors to build referral network: (COIs, professors, department heads, athletics, career services, student organizations)
· Build referral source network within the network office (FRs, specialists, management, staff)
· Facilitate class and club talks on college campuses
· Register for all job fairs and manage campus calendar
· Manage all job postings
· Maintain supply of all marketing and recruiting materials
Selection Process:
· Communicate effectivity regarding all aspects of the financial representative internship and each step of the selection process in 1x1 interviews and in group presentations
· Review resumes and schedule initial interviews
· Conduct initial interviews with candidates
· Review Profiles with candidate
· Maintain integrity of the selection process
· Maintain supply of first interview folders
Accountability, Tracking and Analysis:
· Track and maintain accurate activity and candidate records in NM Talent
· Develop proficiency and use of the home office supported software (NM Talent) to maintain candidate database and accurate records of prospects to ensure efficiency of the selection process
· Goal Post Tracking and Recognition
· Tracking of contests and recognition
Qualification Criteria:
· Bachelor’s degree required
· One to three years professional work experience, preferable in sales, recruiting or the financial services industry
· Demonstrated ability to work professionally as a team member and with all levels of people
· Experience with prospecting; generating leads via phone or face-to-face interactions preferred
· Strong personal network and/or community involvement to leverage from a recruiting perspective

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
