No previous experience in the finance industry is required, people are ideally coming from a sales career. Our in-depth training and licensing program equips advisors with the education and development strategies needed to become successful.
We will surround you with resources to help gain financial expertise to confidently provide advice to your clients comprehensive financial planning:
Education Funding, Investment & Advisory Services, Insurance and Estate Planning
Responsibilities: As a Wealth Management Advisor, you have the opportunity to:
- Build—Work to build a client base through effective outreach, prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Educate—Develop expert knowledge of Northwestern Mutual financial products and market trends through sponsored training, licensing, and exposure to top representatives nationwide.
- Influence— Present clients with meaningful recommendations to protect, optimize, and grow their wealth using expert perspective and influence.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Unlimited pay plus $3K a month stipend provided to support training and early development
- Yearly residual income earned for continued client support

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of Sales, Business Development, or Management experience
- Entrepreneurial ambitions
- History of success in relationship-building or client-facing roles
- Desire for continuous learning and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Available for hybrid work in our downtown San Diego office.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
