The potential for earning a high income is significant, with average annual earnings ranging from $70K to $250K in the first three years. In addition to performance-based earnings, you can also earn renewal income for continued client support and policy management.

Job Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Business Owner Development Specialist.

This role offers the opportunity to build a client base by growing relationships with your network and developing knowledge of Northwestern Mutual financial products and market trends. You will educate yourself beyond training through sponsored licensing and registration, as well as ongoing development, to provide expert advice to clients.

You will present clients with opportunities to protect and prosper, then drive them to action through expert perspective, influence, and recommendations. As you master your craft, you will take ownership of development and management of the business, reviewing and maintaining client financial plans to provide optimal advice for their needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
• Entrepreneurial ambitions and a history of success in relationship-building or client-facing roles
• Excellent time-management skills and a desire for continuous learning and collaboration
• Proficient critical thinking and communication competencies
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
