New Business Services Case Manager Associate
General Responsibilities
The responsibility of an NBS Case Manager Associate is to work with the Case Manager Services Team to ensure high-quality, exceptional service is delivered to subscribing FRs of all lengths of service and case complexity.
Duties of the role include the following but not limited to:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the delivery of exemplary Case Manager Services to subscribers.
- Ensure timely, thorough, and accurate communication with service subscribers.
- Assist with Marketing and Promotion of Case Manager Services to potential future subscribers.
- Assist with subscribership maintenance and evaluation to help ensure proper staffing and quality service.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide regular updates and continue growth and development of services.
- Maintain and ensure adherence to department standardized practices and quality assurance.
- Provide training and development by identifying training needs, facilitate skill development and conduct performance evaluations.
- Recommend and implement efficiencies in daily operations and practices to enhance quality and productivity.
- Assist with holding team members accountable to performance standards and practices.
- Assist and execute Team correspondences within the Team and with subscribers, as it relates to Case Manager services.

Education Requirements and Qualifications
It is recommended that a Case Manager have the following requirements and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2-year Associate’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
- LAH License required.
- Associate Financial Representative contract required.
- Minimum one year of experience in the New Business Services (or SET) Associate position.
- Demonstrates exceptional knowledge, understanding and practices of New Business Services procedures and tasks with a record of high efficiency and accuracy, including complex product applications (variable products).
- Demonstrates ability to properly prioritize and execute tasks within required time frames.
- Demonstrates ability to receive and process information in a variety of formats and multiple sources accurately and efficiently.
- Takes initiative to self-educate and recommend updates and changes in department procedures and tasks in the interest of the development and growth of themselves and the department.
- High degree of initiative and organization.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrates use of time management skills.
- Ability to take independent action to make sound decisions.
- Ability to be diplomatic, handle change, pressure, and criticism.
