The Associate Financial Representative supports the Financial Services Team by ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. This role involves providing administrative support, managing client communications, and assisting with financial planning activities. · Demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Handling conversational and transactional tasks with a high level of confidentiality.
· Professional demeanor and a client-focused attitude while assisting with managing client relationships by responding to inquiries and providing follow-up on client requests.
· Strong organizational and time management skills while performing administrative duties such as preparing and processing paperwork, maintaining client files, and coordinating with other departments.
· Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly, continuously learn new skills, and proactively ask questions to ensure understanding of responsibilities and contribute effectively to the team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to learn internal software.
· Support financial advisors in preparing financial plans, reports, and presentations.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with clients, advisors, and other team members to ensure a high level of service and client satisfaction.

Compensation Package:
· Competitive salary $45k-$75K.
