Job Overview :
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Wealth Management Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will support Wealth Management Advisor in delivering personalized financial advice to clients, assisting with financial planning, investment management, and client relationship development. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support & Relationship Management: Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients by providing timely, high-quality service and support.
- Financial Planning: Support Wealth Management Advisor in creating and updating comprehensive financial plans that include investment strategies, retirement planning, insurance needs, and tax planning.
- Investment Management: Help monitor and rebalance client investment portfolios, conduct research on financial products, and prepare reports for client meetings.
- Client Onboarding: Participate in the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary documentation and conducting initial financial analysis. Preparing and processing all the paperwork needed for investment and insurance accounts.
- Meeting Preparation & Follow-up: Assist in preparing for client meetings by compiling financial data, preparing presentations, and drafting follow-up communications.
- Compliance: Ensure that all client interactions and recommendations comply with regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on financial markets, investment products, and other relevant financial topics to support client recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Wealth Management Advisor, internal teams, and external partners to deliver exceptional client service and support business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or related fields.
- Life & Health insurance licenses preferred.
-Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) licenses preferred or willingness to obtain.
- CFP® certification (or working towards it) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients.
- Proficient in financial planning software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
- A client-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
