In the early career stages, the compensation is primarily performance-based. However, there are a variety of additional ways our advisors are compensated. It allows you to control what you would want to earn at any given time in your career. As your clientele continues to grow, more of your compensation comes from residuals and existing clients. Given our average client relationship lasts 40 years, this structure ensures our advisors continue to do the right thing for their clients as long as they work together. To give you an idea, our financial professionals are making on average about $115,000 in their first year, with the potential for much more.
What’s the catch? The first years can be tough as you’re learning the business. But the trade-off is that you get to define what success looks like.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree (GRADUATED) OR Military Experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-starter and highly motivated
History of personal success
Previous sales experience is a plus
Prior experience in finance is NOT required
