Responsibilities for Year 1:
- Learn to build your own Financial Planning Practice by guiding and coaching clients toward their financials goals.
- Learn how to attract and build a team.
- Pass Exams: Life, Health, SIE, Series 6, Series 63
Responsibilities for Year 2:
- Explore leadership and mentor roles.
- Continue running your own Financial Planning Practice.
- Further your personal education with continued licensing.
Responsibilities for Year 3 through Retirement are unique to the individual and within their control; this will be discussed in the interview process. You are in the driver seat. You decide where this goes long term, with our support.
