What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Representative position at Northwestern Mutual?

While 2 years of management experience is preferred, it is not needed. What is a MUST, is someone who strives in a fast pace environment with new challenges daily.
Responsibilities for Year 1:
-Learn to build your own Financial Planning Practice by guiding and coaching clients toward their financials goals
-Learn to be a multiplier and lead by example
-Learn how to attract and build a team
-Pass Exams: Life, Health, SIE, Series 6/7, Series 63/66
Responsibilities for Year 2:
- Have an official Leadership Role, and mentor new advisors to build what you have built in Year 1
-Continue to run your own Financial Planning Practice
Responsibilities for Year 3 through Retirement: we will discuss in our interview, as that is something that is very unique but that you control. You are in the driver seat. You decide where this goes long term.
