Responsibilities:
- Process applications with precision and efficiency
- Manage underwriting process and take action to move cases forward
- Process service requests such as name and address changes, beneficiary changes, and billing updates
- Collaborate with partners to develop consistent, meeting preparing kits and high-quality financial plans
- Prepare and manage client communications
- Other projects assigned by leadership
Qualificiations:
- 2 years of professional experience in a process-focused role (banking, mortgage, financial services)
- Team player with a customer service mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems
