Lead Advisor

The Lead Advisor will work with senior advisors and the portfolio manager to adjust client plans and investment allocations accordingly and provide a streamlined consultancy service to clients.
Lead Advisors meet with clients on an ongoing basis and update, amend, and redraw plans and goals as they are changed or achieved. They also offer clients valuable materials and tools to assist with their financial pursuits.
Responsibilities
- Client relationship development and management including ongoing and regular client contact and communications
- Lead and direct discovery, decision, and review meetings for current and prospective clients
- Solve complicated financial planning, estate, tax, and retirement issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; CFP Designation preferred
- Financial Services industry experience preferred
- Idaho State Life and Health licenses, or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Series 6, 63, 7, SIE preferred, or ability to obtain within 6 months
Additional Desired Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills with several years of client interfacing experience
- Previous experience in Estate Design and Financial Planning
- Ability to understand and explain sophisticated financial concepts and issues
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Passionate about doing what is in the best interest of clients
- Team player, collaborative, and able to work with and through others
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe
- Experience with client relationship management software preferred
- Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, able to set priorities, self-starter
- Desire/ability to work successfully in a small team environment
Compensation
$60,000-$100,000 guaranteed salary (Depending on experience and qualifications) Bonuses Commissions
