- Total compensation range is $45,000-$80,000 (Highly dependent on experience and geography)
- Flexibility in remote opportunity, but you will spend about 80% in office with this role.
- Fully Investment Licensed (Series 7 required). Applicants without a series 7 will NOT be considered.
- Bachelors Degree
- Fully Investment Licensed (Series 7 required)
- Knowledge of NM / Pershing Platform and proficient with investment operations tasks
- Organized and responsive to team requests

Responsibilities
1) Performs all new client paperwork and assists in client onboarding
2) Manages ACAT and rollover process
3) Handles all client money movement (ACH, wires, RMDs, etc.)
4) Central team contact for all investment service requests
5) Coordinates with advisors and portfolio manager to ensure investment proposals are in alignment with desired plan and outcome
Requirement
Degrees & Licenses Required :
Industry experience Required : 1 Year MINIMUM required. 3-5 years industry PREFERRED.
Skill Requirements to excel in this position :
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
