We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to oversee operations, support investment business, manage client experiences, and assist in team development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing, opening, managing, and transferring accounts
- Optimize client scheduling and oversee onboarding
- Develop strategies to cross-sell products (APB, TC & CRC); build client relationships
- Collaborate to achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Ability to interact with clients in accomplishing paperwork, information gathering and workflow tasks
Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven sales and client relationship management experience is a bonus
