Position Overview
We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join our team and service an established book of clients. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive planning without the pressure of sales. Our Advisors focus solely on delivering holistic financial planning and ensuring our clients’ financial success.
Responsibilities
As an Advisor at Fruition Financial, you will:
· Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with an existing book of clients.
· Conduct financial planning sessions focused on cash flow, investment strategies, tax planning, estate planning, retirement planning, and insurance solutions.
· Review and analyze clients’ financial situations to provide tailored advice and recommendations.
· Collaborate with senior advisors and other team members to ensure seamless client service.
· Stay updated on financial regulations, market trends, and best practices to provide informed advice.
· Proactively monitor client accounts and plans, making adjustments as necessary to align with their goals.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
· CFP® certification (or working toward it) is highly preferred.
· Series 66 Certification
· 5-7 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related role.
· Strong knowledge of cash flow management, investment strategies, and financial planning principles.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for client service.
· Proficient in financial planning software and Google Suite
· Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
