Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in North Miami Beach, FL. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, interviewing, and hiring activities to attract top talent to the organization.
What we are looking for:
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
Someone energetic with a winner mentality
Someone WELL connected in the Miami and Broward area/community
Someone who enjoys attending various professional networking events to build relationships and has an eye for “finding talent”
Tech Savvy and highly organized
This is not a 9-5 position so flexibility is a must
This is not a remote position
Must be legally authorized to work in the US and have a clean background.
Compensation: base pay range is between 55K-65K plus commission and health insurance
