What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-on-one coaching on personal finance and employment
- Help clients with budgeting, credit building, debt repayment, and savings
- Assist job seekers with resume writing, interview prep, and job searches
- Guide clients in career planning, skills training, and employment goal setting
- Monitor job retention and provide ongoing employment coaching
- Develop and lead financial literacy and career readiness workshops
- Track client progress and celebrate success stories
- Connect clients with community resources and career development opportunities

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of Associate’s degree (Social Work, Human Services, or related field) required.
- A strong understanding of personal finances, particularly in the area of budgeting, asset building, and credit building
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Ability to motivate and guide clients through employment and career planning
- Proficiency in computer systems and data tracking
- Be over the age of 21, have a valid Ohio driver’s license and be insurable under the agency's insurance policy
- Pass a background check
