The Office Assistant must have past administrative experience. Additionally, 2 years of previous experience is preferred. This position maintains constant contact with project managers, engineers, field crews, and finance department to ensure projects and personnel to complete their projects and ensure a quality client experience.

Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor with all staff.
Strong ability to multi-task;
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Ajera accounting software knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to organize update client files and setup up meetings.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in oral, written or diagram form;
Ability to read and interpret documents;
Effective oral and written communication skills;
Educational and/or Experience Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required;
