Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse/Driver to join our family team. This role involves checking in / out of warehouse operations while also performing driving duties to transport goods safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various types of equipment. Forklift experience needed for sitting and standing units if possible but can train. Preferred to hold a class B with air CDL for running delilveries locally.
Duties
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to move products within the facility safely.
- Load and unload freight from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Perform route driving to deliver products to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while operating heavy equipment and driving.
- Assist in shuttle driving between locations as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Skills
- Experience with truck driving and forklifts operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations practices and procedures.
- Ability to operate tow trucks, heavy equipment, or yard jockeys is advantageous.
- Proficient in route driving and freight handling techniques.
- Experience with moving goods efficiently and safely in whs. environment.
- Knowledge of manual transmission operation is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
