What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Director position at NORTHWESTERN WATER & SEWER?
The Northwestern Water and Sewer District will be accepting applications until 4:00 p.m. on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2025, for the position of HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR. The salary range is $90,000-$110,000 plus benefits. Computer skills (Word/Excel required), human resources experience and employee relations experience is preferred. Knowledge of and experience with state and federal employment and labor relations laws, as well as the ability to administer benefit programs, experience with collective bargaining activity and relations, knowledge of and experience with payroll, unemployment and workers’ compensation is preferred. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and three to five years of human resources and/or employee relations work experience preferred or a similar combination of education and work experience.
