We are growing our leadership team and are seeking a Manager, System Administration to join our team and lead our Infrastructure team members that that provide system engineering and operational support for Windows/Linux Administrators. This role will help to design, manage, and administer systems, including servers, virtual machines, storage, Windows, Linux, and cloud. Managers at NorthWinds must build cohesive teams and strong team members through coaching and building skills, knowledge, and best practices. Managers are expected to build a positive, collaborative environment in their teams, across teams at NorthWinds, and with diverse client teams. This role will lead a group of System Administrators, and work closely with various cross functional teams to complete initiatives and projects.
