Job Description:We are looking for a reliable and organized part-time Billing Specialist to help manage invoicing, accounts payable, and financial tracking. This role will require approximately 10-12 hours per week, working remotely with availability to come into our office once a month for meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely bill payments.
- Track and oversee accounts receivable, following up with the internal team on outstanding invoices as needed.
- Generate and send client invoices accurately and on schedule.
- Assist in financial forecasting, providing insights based on trends.
- Maintain and update financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in billing, accounting, or financial administration.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and financial reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team objectives.

Pay: $21.68 - $22.55 per hour
