Job Description:
As a Paid Digital Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining paid digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Meta, LinkedIn, and others. You will lead the strategy and execution of campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and growth for our clients, collaborating closely with other team members to achieve optimal results.
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign setup to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze and monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Develop and implement audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
- Utilize data analysis to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure digital marketing strategies align with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and others.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
