Job Description
NorthWing Digital is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Web Development Ticket Manager to oversee and manage our web ticketing process. This full-time role is essential to ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality responses to website-related requests and tasks. You’ll work closely with our internal teams and clients to triage incoming web tickets, communicate status updates, and—where appropriate—complete simple development tasks directly.
The ideal candidate has a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and a working knowledge of website development to jump in and resolve straightforward issues efficiently.
- Manage and triage incoming web tickets using our internal system (Monday.com).
- Prioritize and assign tickets to the appropriate team members based on complexity, urgency, and available capacity.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with internal team members and clients about ticket status, next steps, and timelines.
- Directly complete simple development tasks—such as HTML/CSS changes, content updates, or CMS adjustments (especially within WordPress).
- Ensure all tickets are handled efficiently and documented properly for future reference.
- Review completed tickets for quality assurance and confirm successful implementation before closure.
- Identify recurring issues and work with the team to improve processes and reduce repeat requests.
- Support internal reporting on ticket volume, resolution time, and common categories.
- 1 years of experience in web project coordination, digital production, or a similar role.
- Basic development experience with HTML, CSS, and/or CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Familiarity with ticket or task management systems (experience with Monday.com is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Client-facing experience or comfort working with external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a digital marketing, creative, or web agency
- Understanding of SEO principles, web accessibility, or UX
- Familiarity with JavaScript or other web technologies
Education
