Your Role:
You will provide technical support to our operators, sales, and engineering teams. Your primary focus will be on machine, equipment, and material processing. You will collaborate with our teams to improve processes and ensure high-quality products meet customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to operators explaining and demonstrating the operation of equipment, material processing, and safety in material handling.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations on process and quality improvement.
- Ensure equipment updates and improvements are implemented efficiently.
- Actively communicate with Production, Sales, and Management teams.
- Participate in daily meetings and produce necessary reporting.
Key Requirements:
- A strong understanding of manufacturing operations and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
