Northwood Assisted Living, a 91 bed assisted living facility located in Springfield, OH is currently looking for a dynamic individual to fill the newly created role of Resident Liaison. Ability to communicate with medical personnel, residents, and families.
Have a tactful, pleasant and friendly approach in dealing with people.
Alertness in recognizing problems needing attention.
A neat and professional appearance.
Flexible schedule to meet the needs of our residents.
Able to maintain confidentiality.
Maintains and promotes interdepartmental and public relations.
Proficient in written communication/documentation.
Prior service as a Social Services Designee is a plus!!
