Lobby/Public Attendant at Conrad Nashville
Job Summary: We are looking for a professional Lobby/Public Space Attendant able of attending to Conrad Nashville with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.
The Public Space Attendant cleans and maintains the cleanliness of all public areas including public and associate restrooms, lobby floors and executive offices in accordance with Conrad standards.
Essential Functions:
- To ensure that the hotel lobbies and fitness center are serviced throughout the day.
- To service all public restrooms in lobby, second floor restrooms, and pool areas.
- To service the executive offices.
- Services both men's and ladies associate locker rooms.
- Ensure main guest entrance is neat, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Ensure all floral arrangements and plants are neat with no debris in the planters.
- To service guest and associate elevators.
- Complete any special projects that might be assigned.
- Report any maintenance issues or any concerns.
- Anticipates guest needs, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness, ensuring complete guest satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming, which include wearing a correct nametag and uniform when working.
- Know and understand all the services and amenities the hotel offers.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year housekeeping/cleaning experience
- Minimum of 1 year hotel experience
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent time management skills
- Passion for hospitality and customer service focused.
- Team player
- Able to maintain 4- diamond level of service
- Can communicate well with guests, supervisors and coworkers.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting may include equipment or furniture weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be flexible to work any day of the week, weekends, and holidays if assigned.
- Ability to life, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand for extend periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
