Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Crew Members to join our landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the maintenance and beautification of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Duties

• Maintain gardens by planting, weeding, and mulching to ensure healthy growth.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, trimming, and edging.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting, ensuring proper irrigation practices are followed.
• Assist with hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Carry out snow plowing duties during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
• CDL preferred
• Ability to operate hand tools and small machinery safely; mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
• Attention to detail in maintaining landscapes and following project specifications.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on job assignments.
