POSITION OVERVIEW
Northwood Ravin is looking for a Superintendent to join our team in Athens, GA. This person will be an onsite manager and will provide the direct daily supervision of construction activities and support the Lead Superintendent on the Project, overseeing and coordinating the subcontractors as the work is being completed. The Superintendent will be responsible for subcontractors work to be completed on time and per the plans, specifications and subcontracts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Planning, scheduling & coordinating the daily activities of trades working on the site
- Preparing and assisting with regular updates the impact the schedule
- Preparing daily reports
- Ensuring all work performed conforms to contract requirements, plans & specification
- Ensuring all construction activities are conducted safely
- Updating Daily Logs and using ProCore to capture the overall activities in detail.
