Primary Responsibilities
The Implementation and Support role supports the IT department in providing Help Desk support for internal technical issues as well as initial equipment setup/installations. Additionally, this role provides initial troubleshooting of Audio/Video issues in the portfolio.
As an Implementation and Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities include:
- Installation & support of PC hardware, phones, printers, & peripherals
- Install upgrades and updates on client machines
- Provide staff with technical support
- Password Resets
- Apple Mobile Device Support
- Conduct routine hardware/software audits of workstations for compliance with established policies and configuration guidelines
- Audio Video Support
- Presentation/meeting support
- Troubleshooting TVs
- Service Provider Boxes
- Digital Signage
- Occasional travel to remote site locations for IT support and projects
- Customer service experience – Will be interfacing directly with staff to resolve issues
- 2-3 years of IT Support experience at an enterprise level (preferred)
- Microsoft365 and Windows application support
- Advanced computer hardware and software knowledge
- You should be comfortable disassembling & reassembling computers
- Windows infrastructure, administration/support desirable (Active Directory)
- Experience using a ticketing system
- Attention to detail is required
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment (~50lbs - TVs, Network Racks, etc.)
- Comfortable using hand tools and climbing ladders
- Must be able to stand & walk for extended periods (site audits, tracking down issues, etc.)
- Comfortable working 100% in-office or on-site
