Primary Responsibilities:
The Lead A/P Coordinator at Northwood Ravin needs to provide leadership, have a strong understanding of accounts payable, analytical thinking skills, attention to detail and effective communication. As a Lead AP Coordinator, your primary responsibilities include:
- Accounts payable for operating properties
- Manual entry of coded invoices, upload invoices into OPS Technology
- Ensure all invoices have proper approval for payment
- Print checks and ensure address and amounts agree with invoice
- Reconciling accounts payable transactions.
- Training new employees and aid existing staff.
- Ensure A/P duties are being completed timely (identify inefficiencies and recommend changes)
What you bring to the role:
- 5 years of A/P experience
- Proficient Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- RealPage products, including avid exchange, would be a plus but not required
- Competence in handling various projects at a time
