As a RPM - Personnel, Your Primary Responsibilities Include
- Spend dedicated time in leasing and maintenance offices to actively engage and support property team members.
- Hold one-on-one meetings with associates, focusing extra attention on new or recently hired team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Deliver personalized in-person training to team members based on identified needs.
- Assist teams in prioritizing and addressing open tasks.
- Actively address and resolve elevated resident concerns, meet with residents as needed, and participate in escalated resident meetings.
- Ensure adherence to the desired workplace culture, emphasizing teamwork, respect, open communication, positive energy, and equitable task assignment.
- Regularly review staffing schedules with property management to ensure equitable workload distribution.
- Address any team tensions or emergencies, collaborating with HR, Operations, Special Projects, or other divisions as required.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to post job openings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and enhance hiring practices.
- Develop and implement training, onboarding, and employee development programs in collaboration with other Regional and Team Managers.
- Monitor leasing performance by reviewing KNOCK call analytics, prospect tours, closing ratios, missed calls, email response times, unit turn efficiency, and maintenance ticket resolution timeframes.
- Promote employee growth and engagement through mentoring initiatives, awards, and recognition programs.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in multifamily property management, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or regional capacity.
- Experience in team training, mentoring, performance management, and conflict resolution is required.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple communities and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in industry-standard property management software, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Thorough knowledge of multifamily property operations, leasing practices, resident relations, and compliance standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster positive relationships at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
