Primary Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various property management positions, including maintenance supervisors and technicians, regional supervisors and other on-site personnel.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, your primary responsibilities include:
- Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract and recruit top talent for property management roles.
- Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct resume reviews, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Job Postings & Employer Branding: Create compelling job descriptions, manage job postings on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor, and leverage social media and networking to attract candidates.
- Hiring Process Management: Oversee the pre-employment process, including background checks, reference verifications, drug screenings, and behavioral assessments.
- Onboarding & New Hire Integration: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating orientation programs and supporting new hires in meeting required deadlines.
- Career Fairs & Industry Partnerships: Organize and participate in career fairs, build relationships with property management associations, schools, and industry professionals to establish a strong talent pipeline.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies, ensuring accurate documentation throughout the hiring process.
- Recruitment Metrics & Optimization: Track hiring metrics, analyze recruitment data, and refine strategies to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align recruiting efforts with business needs, providing guidance and training on interview best practices.
- Referral & Recruiting Programs: Enhance the employee referral program and support recruitment initiatives for company acquisitions and team expansions.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in property management, real estate, or a related industry.
- Fluency in Spanish a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Paycom
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of hiring best practices and employment compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
