Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Pool Attendants and a Pool Lead to oversee the daily operations of our pool facility. The Pool Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the safe and enjoyable experience for all residents and their guests. The Lead will oversee the other Pool Attendants. Lead is a role that requires previous management experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Attendant Duties:
- Supervise pool guests signing in and out
- Oversee pool policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Monitor pool activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Coordinate poolhouse cleaning and repairs as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Lead Duties:
- Assist with the scheduling of staff shifts
- Plan and organize pool events, such as pool parties
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on pool usage, incidents, and maintenance activities
Experience:
- Previous experience attending a neighborhood pool is preferred
- Strong knowledge of pool operations, safety procedures, and standard practices
- Experience in writing and keeping records
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Leads should have:
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
