Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for animals and excellent customer service skills. Experience with Avimark is an extra bonus!
Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with veterinary regulations
- Assist veterinarians and technicians with various tasks as needed
- Other duties that may arise

- The ability to multi-task and maintain excellent client service
- A thirst for knowledge and passion for taking on new tasks as they come at you
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and often stressful environment
- Understand the human animal bond and support clients and their needs

- Prior work in a veterinary or kennel environment is beneficial

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
