Duties

- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring that all materials are organized and accessible.
- Support children during playtime, promoting social skills and teamwork among peers.
- Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance as needed, addressing any conflicts or issues that arise.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in early childhood education or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with caregiving practices, including infant care, toddler care, and special education techniques is a plus.
- Skills in first aid and emergency response are beneficial for ensuring the safety of all children.
