Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Director of Health Services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a close-knit community, is passionate about memory care, and values a resident-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the health and wellness of our 20 residents.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to caregiving staff.
- Coordinate with families, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Conduct assessments, manage medication administration, and monitor changes in residents’ health.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Be available for on-call duties as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Experience in memory care, assisted living, or similar settings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility for on-call responsibilities.
