Job Details

  • Shift : 7a-530p
  • Call : one night a week and every 4th weekend
  • 2 years experience required

    • Job Requirements

  • BLS certification required
  • RCIS or ARRT (VI) certification required
  • 2 years experience in a healthcare setting required
  • High School Diploma or GED required

    • Additional Details

  • Current BLS card from an acceptable agency required
  • Current state or compact license and Primary Source Verification completed prior to start
  • Covid vaccine required, provide vaccination card with submission
  • Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart and / or positive laboratory titer required
  • Completed onsite Fit Test required
  • Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccinations or signed declination required
  • Influenza vaccine status required
  • 2 Negative TB skin tests required
  • Documentation of 2 doses of varicella required
  • Proof of Tdap vaccine required
  • Physical Capacity statement required
  • Passing score of Norton Specialty Exam required
  • Standard 10 panel drug screen required
  • Norton Background Check required
  • E-Verify and supporting documentation required
  • I-9 with supporting documentation required
  • Workplace Safety Module required
