RN Job Description Summary
Work Experience (Basic) : 2 years of acute care RN experience
Education (Required) : Diploma or Associate
Certification (Required) : Registered Nurse
Job Requirements
Required : BLS, ACLS, NIH, 2 years experience
Nursys Report (Prefer Compact Nursing License)
Current state or compact license and Primary Source Verification completed prior to start or National certification, If applicable and Primary Source Verification completed prior to start.
Annual to the day NIH Certification
Completed prior to start, passing score of 80% or higher Norton Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening
Completed prior to start, passing score of 80% or higher Norton Basic Med Assessment Exam
Covid vaccine required, provide vaccination card with submission.
Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart and / or positive laboratory titer
Completed onsite. Completed annually Fit Test
Hepatitis B - Documentation of Hep B vaccinations (series of 3) and / or positive laboratory titer or signed declination if choosing not to take vaccine.
Influenza vaccine status required. Declination will be reviewed for religious or medical exemption only.
2 Negative TB skin tests. 1 within 90 days and 1 within 365 days of start or Quantiferon Gold within 90 days, updated annually
Documentation of 2 doses of varicella 4 weeks apart and / or positive laboratory titer
Proof of having received vaccine. The TD vaccine does not meet this requirement.
Physical Capacity. Written statement by a person lawfully authorized to perform the examination that Resource is physically capable of performing Health the essential functions of the job.

Required Skills : IV insertion, Blood draws, PICC / Central Line management, Dialysis Fistula, CPAP / BiPAP, Trach Care, Epidural / PCA pump, Feeding tubes, Wound vac
