PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATION POSITION
Norton Collar Lund Lilley is looking for a part-time office receptionist. The primary focus of this position will be to greet and assist clients, switchboard, following a set of procedures for document check-ins, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Preferred Hours – Monday-Wednesday, 9:00a-3:00p, except during busy season where the hours would be Monday-Thursday, 9:00a-3:00p, with some flexibility available. (The office is closed on Fridays during off tax season.)
- Will work under the Office Manager/Tax Administrator in an administrative/support capacity
- Answering phones, ordering supplies, document scanning, client follow-up, greeting & assisting clients, checking in and delivering various tax documents, check/bank deposits, maintain office equipment to ensure it is in good working order, use of tracking, document management and tax software
- Expectation to become familiarized with various tax documents, filing requirements and deadlines
Requirements:
Experience working in an office setting is a must
Above average and efficient computer skills
Attention to detail
Work well within a team environment and responsiveness to clients
Desire to learn new skills
Must have prior experience working in an office environment
