Responsibilities
Client/Server Operations Analys - Intermediate will, in tandem with other analysts, help to respond to alerts, maintenance, and first level work orders and incidents. The Network Operations Center supports an enterprise-level, healthcare environment that is fast-paced and demands discipline to ensure we are adding value to the organization. Specific job duties include monitoring, alert resolution, event-log level troubleshooting and deep-dive incident resolution.
Qualifications
Required:
- With Associate's degree: Three years IT background
- Without Associate's degree: Five years IT background
- Network (IT Certification) - Must obtain within 6 months of hire.
- Security (IT Certification) - Must obtain within 6 months of hire.
Desired:
- Five years IT background
