Responsibilities
This positions' responsibilities include working under intermediate supervision to develop and maintain the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related business systems. The position is to maintain an understanding of Finance, Human Resources, and/or Materiel Management processes. The position studies system needs, investigates solutions, and presents recommendations to management. The position serves a key role for system implementations, upgrades, and maintenance activities as needed for the ERP system and interfaced systems. The position serves as a liaison between system vendors and customers. The position possesses an understanding of industry requirements and must communicate business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. The position works at a high technical and analytical level in support of customers and more junior analysts.
