Responsibilities
The IT Project Coordinator - Intermediate will meet with project clients, vendors and internal stakeholders to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines. The IT Project Coord-Int will work on the development of project management documents such as project budgets, timeline and scope statements. They will coordinate the allocation of project resource types to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time. They will be the liaison between the project team and business owner during intake and initiation. They will manage the transition of all project documents and knowledge transfer to the project manager and attend initial meetings (ex. Kick off).
**This position has the opportunity to be a hybrid position. You will be asked to complete training at a Norton Healthcare facility and must be able to come in for business purposes. Employees in this role must reside in Kentucky or Indiana**
Qualifications
Required:
- With required Associate’s degree: One year of experience in a project coordination role. One year of experience with project scope definition, capacity planning, resource estimating and budgeting.
- Without degree: Three years of experience in a project coordination role. Three years of experience with project scope definition, capacity planning, resource estimating and budgeting.
- Associate’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. (See Experience)
Desired:
- Minimum three years of IT experience in a healthcare environment. One year knowledge of healthcare operations, workflows and regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. (See Experience)
- CPM - Certified Project Manager
